Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oil
Preparation:
- Wash the cabbage and cut in 4 parts.
- Heat the oil in a wok, fry the cabbage until done and remove.
- Place cabbage with the mushrooms in a bowl.
- mix soy sauces, sugar and water well and pour over the vegetabels.
